Macros— Flexible-IFFYM

Coach Sky uses the IIFYM Approach to nutrition coaching. Using this method encourages you to learn what foods are most important to consume. This method is a way for individuals to learn what exactly “BALANCE” is without eating at a 1,000 calorie a day intake & having zero energy! She wants you to learn how to FUEL your body with the food you were meant to eat & getting rid of the mindset of “RESTRICTION”. The restriction method usually is not sustainable for a lifetime which is what Coach Sky is aiming for when working with her clients- a long healthy sustainable change with the end goal of her clients using intuitive eating (more on this later). The IIFYM (if it fits your macros) method gives you the freedom to go to your child’s events, social get togethers, birthday parties, and to be at home eating meals with your family! This is SUSTAINABLE.

What you will do everyday if you become a client for Coach Sky!

YOU WILL NEED A DIGITAL BODY WEIGHT SCALE AND A DIGITAL FOOD SCALE!

How Sky Nutrition Program Works:

Everyday Sky will hold you accountable for the things you consume. Do not worry, You will always be able to come to her with questions or days that did not turn out perfect. Everyday you will:

1.Weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning and log it into your myfitness pal.

2. Do your best at planning what you will eat during your day. This will help!!

3. Log everything you put into your mouth (vitamins, seasonings, gum, nibbles from your toddler’s plate, drinks, etc.)

 4. Send Sky a screenshot of your Macro Screen at the end of each day:

In MyFitnessPal click more—>nutrition—> then take a screenshot of each page!

If Sky does not receive a screenshot she will give you a friendly reminder to get them to her! She will keep up with all of it!

This can all seem super overwhelming in the beginning , but keep in mind whatever is measurable can be changed- this is why tracking & logging are so IMPORTANT!

Every MONDAY we will go over an assessment with a series of questions. You will send in two screenshots and do a weekly review. Sky will assess your week and adjust targets as needed based on the goals you shared with her!
