Create a FOOD

Use this when the food you are trying to log does not yet exist in the Myfitness pal system.

Create A Meal

Create a “MEAL” for the meals you will commonly eat. Example I create a meal for my coffee (Heavy cream, and vanilla + my coffee) which makes adding to my LOG a lot easier/faster!

HOW TO CREATE A MEAL:

Click MORE->My Meals, Recipes, & Foods-> “Create a Meal-> Enter a meal name, fill out information, and add your item into the meal! Save meal!

Now you have access to a meal without having to scan or search it each time!

Side note- Makes sure your amounts are correct each time you log a meal. The item will be set at whatever amount you used for it the previous time!
