ACCURACY MATTERS…. A LOT!
Throughout this journey I will be sending you reminders to be as accurate as possible. I like to think of this as holding you accountable for each gram you consume. A good practice is to measure everything in GRAMS or Milliliters.
The reason we use a scale is because teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups can lead to inaccurate results! The Youtube video below will explain more on accuracy!
Be honest with yourself with the things you nibble on, pour in your coffee, and the little bites you take off your toddler’s plate. This can all add up to being 50-100 calories over your goal even if you feel like you didn’t eat that much… BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF… It will get you to your goal so much faster!
