Whatever is measurable can be managed.

You will log your weight each morning after you use the restroom. Use the same scale every day for accuracy. Weigh yourself with the least amount of clothing on each time you weigh to stay consistent. Side note: Fluctuations are a normal part of this journey that is why we use the lowest weight of the week!

When logging your food, a good habit to form is setting aside 5 minutes at night or first thing in the morning to plan your day out! If you know you’re going to eat out look up the menu at that place and log your meal ahead of time. If they do not have a menu online with calorie information, use the overestimation method!
