Enter current weight, goal weight: More->goal->type in current weight & goal weight.

Set up GOALS: Log into your Myfitness pal app —-> MORE ->GOALS->Enter YOUR calorie target that has been assigned by Coach Sky —->Enter 35% goal for Carbs, 30% goal for Protein, & 35% goal for Fat.

Set up your week to start on Monday- More-> Settings-> Weekly nutrition settings—> Click MONDAY

Turn of Track Net Carbs More-> Settings->Diary Settings->track net carbs off.

Turn off exercise— More->Steps-> “Don’t track steps

Add Coach Sky: Username chyenneskylindsey
